Quote requests are not orders

• Sending a quote request or adding parts to your quote list does not place an order and does not commit you or us to anything.
• A quote from us is not an offer to sell until we confirm it to you in writing. Prices, quantities, lead times, delivery and payment terms are those stated in our written quotation, and they are not binding until we confirm them in writing.
• An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing.

Catalog data and drawings

Part numbers, dimensions, tolerances, materials, drawings and photos on this site are for general reference. They may contain errors and may change without notice. Confirm the details with us, and test the part in your application, before you rely on them for a design or a purchase. The specifications that apply to your parts are the ones in our written quotation.

Files and information you send

When you send us drawings, samples, specifications or other files, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us. We use them to review your request, prepare a quote and, if you order, make your parts. Our Privacy Policy explains how the website stores what you send.

Using the site

Please do not:

• send false information, spam or harmful files through our forms
• try to get into parts of the site that are not public, or interfere with how it runs
• copy large parts of the site or catalog with automated tools
