Our Pittsburgh-area facility integrates extrusion, molding, die cutting, and secondary fabrication. This vertical integration reduces lead times, improves repeatability, and supports PPAP documentation when required. We help teams finalize profile geometry, validate durometer and compound, and prepare tooling that meets cost and tolerance targets for production.
Typical deliverables include custom profiles, edge trim, grommets, O-rings and cord, sponge rubber shapes, bumper stops, and precision die-cut gaskets. We also handle assembly and adhesive bonding to ship ready-to-install components.
We evaluate application risk factors—thermal cycling, joint movement, chemical exposure, and installation variance—then tune profile geometry and durometer to keep sealing force inside the design window over service life. Tooling is engineered for stability across long runs with attention to splice quality, surface finish, and dimensional control.
Continuous improvement is built into our release process. We capture feedback on wear patterns and leak points, iterate profiles or compounds where needed, and update documentation to lock in wins. When customers scale, we scale with them.
